First of all, I found out that my Eagle picture has already been auctioned off for the veterans from Korea. Naturally, with this knowledge came the knowledge of how much it went for.

Get this:

Someone bought it for $10,000.

I'm still... frankly, I'm still speechless about this O_o

Anyhoo, in other news, I recently saw Sweeney Todd for the first time Saturday night (my eight year old cousin was spending the night with my little sister and they wanted to watch it, and I wanted to too, so... yeah, we didn't really drag parental permission into question XD). But kids are alot more mature than people give them credit for. Neither of them freaked out. In fact, they both fell in love with the movie (including myself). We had originally rented it, and the next day we bought the DVD and the soundratck. I already have almost all the lyrics memorized

Also, MORE good news! *nodnod* I'm finally - I think - getting up the courage to ask out the guy I like at the zoo. Y'see, I have a guy friend there (not a boyfriend, a guy friend) and he told me that in a situation like this, the older guy's usually not going to ask out the younger girl, 'cause it'll look bad. He said that chances are, he'll wait for me to make the first move.

So... *deep breath* I'm considering possibly thinking about maybe asking him out O_O
When and if I do, I'll tell him it doesn't have to be a date, but that I like hanging out with him and wanna spend more time with him. I'm hoping he'll want to see Indiana Jones with me
